URBAN DESIGN 2024

Conceived as a flexible network of interconnected staff villages, the project transforms functional accommodation into a high-quality living environment shaped by the landscape. The master plan follows the existing topography, water flows, vegetation, and access conditions to minimize intervention and support phased growth. Architecture, public spaces, circulation, and building orientation are carefully coordinated to enhance comfort, connectivity, and environmental performance. Inspired by local traditions, agricultural patterns, and cultural heritage, the design creates a distinctive sense of place while preserving the land’s natural character. The result is a resilient, adaptable community that integrates built form, ecology, and everyday life.
