The Red House Masterplan in Shanghai, is a masterplan project (87,689 sqm) that merges heritage and future in the Huangpu District. This innovative project featuring a wellness-focused hospital complex and 14,275 sqm of residential space. The hospital integrates medical infrastructure with green spaces, setting new standards for healthcare architecture. The residential areas prioritize natural light, ventilation, and environmental consciousness, while retail spaces and amenities foster community. Key design elements include a dynamic façade, sculptural staircase, and a versatile social heart, creating a harmonious and sustainable urban environment for Shanghai’s future.
