ARCHITECTURE 2023

Integrated within a residential and golf complex in Georgia, the project combines a 2,000-square-metre facility with 5,500 square metres dedicated to sport, relaxation, and social activities. Sustainability informs every decision, from reflective surfaces and renewable energy systems to locally sourced, low-impact materials. The semi-buried structure follows the natural topography, reducing its visual presence and strengthening its connection to the landscape. Organic forms, subtle textures, and a warm neutral palette create a calm and timeless atmosphere. Designed for durability and future adaptability, the spaces promote balance, well-being, and a lasting relationship between architecture, nature, and community across changing patterns of use.
