Encompassing approximately 131,907 square metres and more than 1,000 homes, this mixed-use superblock establishes a contemporary model for integrated urban living. Residential, commercial, and recreational uses are organized within a cohesive framework that promotes convenience, connectivity, and community life. Carefully articulated massing, landscape, and public spaces create a distinctive urban identity while responding sensitively to the surrounding terrain.
