SUSTAINABLE LIVING AND SOCIAL DIVERSITY AT THE HEART OF SEILH’S ECO-NEIGHBOURHOOD

This 79-unit residential project in Seilh’s eco-neighbourhood exemplifies a holistic approach to sustainable urban living, aligned with RE2025 E3C1 targets for energy efficiency and ecological construction. It fosters social inclusion through a mix of market-rate, controlled-price, and social housing, alongside 2,000 m² of commercial space that activates the neighborhood and supports local services. The architecture is shaped by environmental standards, aiming for NF Habitat HQE Excellent and Effinature certifications, and draws inspiration from Seilh’s landscape and historical landmarks. Outdoor spaces are designed around a central green corridor, promoting community engagement and well-being through a human-scaled, context-sensitive approach that blends mobility, innovation, and urban ecology.
