Located in Georgia’s Caucasus Mountains, Petra Ski Resort is conceived as a year-round destination for skiing, hospitality, wellness, and alpine living. Three interconnected blocks frame a central plaza, forming a unified ensemble that terraces into the slope and supports intuitive circulation. The open C-shaped building maximizes sunlight, mountain views, and sheltered outdoor space, while heated walkways connect residences, ski facilities, thermal pools, and private chalets. Contemporary alpine architecture combines wood, stone, and pitched metal roofs with Georgian references, balancing luxury and authenticity. Generous balconies, shared terraces, and durable construction reinforce comfort, resilience, and a strong connection to the landscape.
