URBAN DESIGN 2025

The development creates a vertical mixed-use community across four towers accommodating residences, offices, hospitality, and retail. A permeable podium organizes shaded courtyards, active ground-floor uses, and pedestrian movement, while extensive parking supports the complex below grade. Stone bases, rhythmic façades, and GRC lattice panels reinterpret Najdi and Salmani architectural principles through a contemporary language of solidity, depth, and filtered light. Green rooftop terraces crown the towers by day, while illuminated upper levels form a distinctive night-time identity. The result balances density, landscape, cultural continuity, and human comfort within a prominent urban landmark on King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Road.
