Set within Riyadh’s Nakheel district, the development brings together luxury residences, hospitality, retail, and offices across a 73,000-square-metre site. The masterplan reinterprets the live-work-play model through pedestrian-friendly streets, shaded promenades, landscaped courtyards, parks, and leisure terraces. Salmani-inspired architecture combines contemporary forms with a human-scaled public realm, while green infrastructure, inclusive access, and climate-responsive design support well-being and sustainability. Positioned as a gateway to KAFD and adjacent to a government complex, the project balances visibility, security, and contextual sensitivity, creating a vibrant urban destination that connects Riyadh’s economic ambition with its cultural identity.
