Designed as a hospitality destination, the project combines modular construction, environmental responsibility, and guest comfort. Modern Methods of Construction guide the development of standardized room units, enabling precise fabrication, efficient assembly, reduced waste, and lower environmental impact. A central courtyard brings daylight and natural ventilation into the heart of the building, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Articulated volumes introduce planted terraces, shared amenities, and communal spaces throughout the complex. The result is an adaptable and cost-efficient architectural system that supports accommodation while fostering social interaction, operational efficiency, and a strong connection between indoor spaces, greenery, and the surrounding district.
