SCKOCIDJEVOJKA WELLNESS RESORT, MONTENEGRO
ARCHITECTURE 2020
Set across two adjacent mountainside plots in Montenegro’s Budva region, the masterplan combines private villas, hotel accommodation, and multi-family residences within a landscape-led composition. Curved volumes follow the natural topography, framing uninterrupted views of the Adriatic Sea and reducing the visual impact of construction. Stepped terraces connect swimming pools, gardens, wellness areas, and shared amenities across changing levels. Native vegetation is preserved and extended onto green roofs, allowing architecture and terrain to merge. Each villa is organized around sea-facing living spaces, private pools, and shaded outdoor terraces, supporting a seamless relationship between interior comfort and Mediterranean life.
