ENHANCING PROGRAM AND CIRCULATION THROUGH INTEGRATED ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS

This project introduces a series of thoughtful enhancements to a coastal resort, aimed at improving guest experience and operational efficiency while honoring the site’s unique topography and original architectural vision. Additions include a service center and kids’ club, a new access ramp linking villas to the main road, a beachfront funicular with its station, and a set of wooden cabanas integrated along the shore. Each intervention is designed to blend subtly with the natural landscape, preserving the original architectural intent and reinforcing the seamless dialogue between built and natural environments. Materials, forms, and placement were carefully considered to ensure minimal visual impact and maximum comfort. The result is a refined, functional extension that elevates comfort without disrupting the site’s harmony.
