The project consists of a 2,000 m² facility integrated into a residential and golf complex in Georgia, accompanied by a 5,500 m² area for sports, relaxation, and social activities. It is conceived with a strong focus on sustainability, using energy-efficient strategies such as light-reflective surfaces and renewable energy sources. Materials are selected for their low environmental impact, organic qualities, and local availability. The design emphasizes timelessness, durability, and adaptability to future needs. Spaces are thoughtfully arranged to promote balance and harmony with the natural surroundings. Organic forms and subtle textures reinforce a sense of calm and environmental connection. The semi-buried layout and neutral, warm material palette further integrate the structure into the landscape.
