This project involves the creation of a network of four interconnected office buildings organized around central courtyards, using a 7.5 by 7.5-meter grid that alternates built and open spaces. The design integrates indoor workspaces with garden areas, enhancing the user experience and promoting a balance between functionality and openness. Service cores are strategically placed at the junctions of the buildings, optimizing circulation and efficiency. Emphasis is placed on environmental sustainability, with native vegetation supporting biodiversity and reducing the Heat Island effect. The development adopts energy-efficient strategies to ensure long-term ecological and economic performance.
