Dorra’s project in New Aswan City envisions a vibrant, integrated development that blends housing, commercial, and recreational spaces with the serene beauty of the Nile and the cultural essence of Nubia. Spanning over 227,000 m² along the Nile’s west bank, the design leverages dramatic topography to create tiered structures with panoramic river views. Combining modern planning with traditional Nubian architecture, the development emphasizes connectivity, landscape integration, and a distinctive lifestyle rooted in heritage and natural beauty. The design embraces the Nile by channeling water through the site, creating a lush, serene oasis. Inspired by Nubian heritage, key entrances reflect traditional architecture, blending nature and culture in a harmonious urban landscape.
